• Stratos Games — co-founding the studio with Shahariar Mody. BLOXPLODE is live; Arrow Puzzle is playable in any browser; House Mafia and Word Quest are in active production.
• Stratos Technologies FZCO — Dubai umbrella for consulting, education, and venture incubation. Set up Sep 2025.
• StepAhead Academy — onboarding the next cohort building real products for college applications and microSaaS.

Operating

• MAF (MyChips) — Director of Partnerships consulting engagement under Stratos. Commercial growth, partner strategy, pipeline, monetization, sales-team training, negotiation playbooks.

Learning

• Production patterns for AI-driven studios where humans gate every release. How cadence and quality interact when AI writes the code but a human ships it.
• B2B SaaS distribution at the founder-led stage — what closes vs. what just looks good in a pitch.

Reading / watching

• Indie game post-mortems on r/gamedev and YouTube — failure cases more than success cases.
• The Stratos team's own play-test recordings on every BLOXPLODE build.

Off the keyboard

• Hip-hop and basketball — both still on the daily list.
• Dubai in the build-up to summer.
